2.3. Product colors displayed on the website may differ slightly from the actual product due to photographic lighting conditions and individual screen settings.
2.4. We reserve all rights to the product images displayed on our website. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these images is strictly prohibited.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. All prices displayed on our website are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include delivery charges.
3.2. The price shown is the final total price. There are no additional or hidden charges.
3.3. Currently, we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method.
3.4. Payment must be made in cash to the delivery personnel upon receipt of your order.
3.5. We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Delivery
4.1. We currently deliver only within Sri Lanka.
4.2. Delivery is free for all products, with charges already included in the displayed price.
4.3. Standard delivery takes 1 to 3 days from the date of order confirmation.
4.4. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Kodu Caps is not liable for delays beyond our control.
4.5. You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
5. Order Confirmation
5.1. After you place an order, our team will contact you via phone to confirm your order details.
5.2. You must provide a valid and working mobile number during checkout.
5.3. If we are unable to contact you within a reasonable timeframe, your order will be automatically cancelled.
5.4. Order confirmation is at our discretion, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the product delivery date.
6.2. Returns are only valid for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage caused during delivery
6.3. Returns due to change of mind are not acceptable.
6.4. All products are carefully inspected and quality-checked before dispatch.
6.5. To initiate a return, you must contact us with your order details and reason for return.
6.6. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
6.7. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement as applicable.
7. Size Selection
7.1. It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct cap size.
7.2. Please refer to our size guide on the website for instructions on measuring and selecting the appropriate size.
7.3. Returns for incorrect size selection due to customer error may not be accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.
