We currently deliver only within Sri Lanka.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 1 to 3 days from the date of order confirmation.
Pricing & Payment
Are there any additional delivery charges?
No! All our products are displayed with the delivery charge already included. The price you see is the final total price you pay. There are no hidden costs or extra delivery fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay for your order when it arrives at your doorstep.

Will you contact me after I place an order?
Yes! Our team will contact you via phone to confirm your order details and delivery address. Please ensure you provide a valid and working mobile number when placing your order.
What happens if I don’t provide a valid phone number?
If we cannot contact you to confirm your order, it will be automatically cancelled. Please make sure to provide an active mobile number that we can reach you on.

How do I choose the right cap size?
Please refer to our size guide available on the website. It provides detailed instructions on how to measure your head and select the perfect fitting cap.
Will the cap color match exactly what I see on the website?
The actual color of the cap may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to different lighting conditions during photography and your device’s display settings. We strive to represent colors as accurately as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my product?
Yes, you can claim a return within 7 days from the product delivery date.
What are valid reasons for returns?
Returns are accepted only for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage during delivery
Please Note: Returns due to change of mind are not acceptable.
